Power the solution

Objective

Vestas, the global leader in wind turbines, needed a fresh employer branding concept that highlighted the meaningful role potential talent could play in shaping the future of sustainable energy.

Solution

We built the concept around the headline question: Can you? By tailoring these questions to Vestas’ diverse audiences, we invited potential candidates to reflect on how their skills could make an impact.

For the call-to-action, especially on the careers site, we created Power the solution. A phrase that underscores both the urgency of Vestas’ mission and the active role employees take in driving it forward.

Visually, the campaign placed one individual as the hero in each piece. Transparent overlays of their work were positioned close to the heart, symbolizing the personal connection to it.

My role

I worked on concepting, graphic design and art direction. I also created moodboards/storyboards for photoshoots, and did selection of imagery.
