Objective

Create an attractive and bold recruitment concept for Thales, a global leader in Aerospace, Space, Defence, Security, and Transportation. The project also included new brand guidelines, with a focus on social media imagery and print materials.

Solution

We developed a visual concept inspired by thriller and spy movie posters—emphasizing the importance of Thales’ work while presenting a welcoming, approachable workplace. Alongside the campaign, we delivered updated brand guidelines and flexible templates for all formats. The work later expanded into a refresh of Thales’ entire corporate identity, including modernized use of colors and typography.
