To create social media content creation to attract more Norwegian tech consultants.

Solution

A video concept highlighting the meaningful projects employees can work on at Itera. While you won’t actually be coding a salmon (why would you?), you could be developing solutions for more sustainable fishing. The animation style is pixel-based, and the viewer follows screen recordings of me assembling the team and design. This approach is meant to communicate freedom at work and provide a colorful glimpse into Itera’s culture.

I contributed to the concept development, copywriting, and worked on the animation.
