Be part of our signature mix

Objective

When working at Universum (leading employer branding company) we were tasked with bringing Campari's newly framed EVP (Employer Value Proposition) to life through external and internal campaigns.

We developed a employer branding concept called "Be part of our signature mix", serving as an invitation to join a special collective that loves their business.

'Bring Your Twist' was one of three creative campaigns that we helped develop to communicate their values, the concept captures that Campari Group wants something different from talent joining them, their uniqueness. It's also referencing the orange twist, the garnish in Negroni.

I worked on concept development together with the Creative Lead. We created moodboards and storyboards for video and photoshoots in three Campari Group-locations. I later worked on visuals for the career site and campaigns, as well as graphic design for the videos.

The result were vibrant imagery and video that capture the spark and proudness of people working at Campari.
